AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By registering an account or using the services provided by Wer (the "Service"), you ("Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Play, including any updates or amendments thereto.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this agreement, unless specifically stated otherwise, terms defined in this section shall have the following meanings:

"Account" means a player account created by Player with Wer for use on the Service;

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Player shall maintain confidentiality of Account login credentials and be fully responsible for all activities performed through their Account. Any unauthorized use or access to the Account will immediately terminate this Agreement unless caused by a breach of terms by Wer.

Wer reserves the right to determine, alter, and set Deposit and Withdrawal Terms and Conditions, including limits on transaction amounts, at any time. All transactions are subject to verification and may be restricted or delayed due to regulatory compliance requirements.
GAMES OF CHANCE
Games provided by Wer are games of chance that involve elements of risk. The odds of winning (and losing) can vary based on several factors including the specific game rules applied, house edge, random outcomes generated by certified Random Number Generators ("RNG"), and payout percentages defined at time of launch.
GAME RULES AND PAYOUT RATIOS
Wer may change or modify the game rules and payouts for any given Game from time to time. Any disputes arising out of these modifications will be resolved in accordance with Wer's sole discretion.
HOUSE EDGE, ODDS AND PAYOUT PERCENTAGES
Wer does not guarantee any minimum return on investment (ROI) or maintain a house edge that is lower than industry standard for comparable games. Odds and payout percentages may vary across Games provided through the Service.
PROBABILITY AND RANDOMNESS OF RESULTS
All outcomes generated by RNGs are unpredictable, random, and completely independent of Player's past wins/losses.
PROBLEMS WITH GAMES OR SOFTWARE
If you experience any difficulties with a game or our software, please contact Wer immediately for assistance in resolving the issue without prejudice to your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
RESOLVING DISPUTES
Player acknowledges that disputes may arise between Player and Wer from time to time. Disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved solely by referral to a court of competent jurisdiction, as defined below.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF PLAYER ACCOUNTS
Wer reserves the right, in its discretion, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel or terminate Player's Account for reasons that may include but are not limited to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Play.
USE OF WEBSITE AND DATA COLLECTION
By accessing the website on which these terms are located (the "Website"), you accept our data collection, use, and transfer policies as outlined in the privacy policy link displayed at bottom footer.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions of Play without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website unless stated otherwise.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto, constitute the entire agreement between Player and Wer with respect to access and use of Wer's online gambling services.
